This tape is a collection of beats, ideas, loops, and vignettes in various stages of completion that I've woven into a cohesive project. Don't be misled by the heavy title. While it grapples with the concept of doubt, my approach is self-deprecating. Picture it as the inner monologue that's perpetually on play in your head - whether you're at work, school, on the court, the field, or, in this case, engrossed in your art. That voice can oscillate between being unkind and downright absurd, so it's crucial not to let it wield too much influence.

My hope is that you'll take as much pleasure in listening to this as I did in creating it. And the last piece of advice I'll share: always speak to yourself with kindness.
